We recently had a similar problem (also with a CLEMAM citation!) here at the
Flanders Marine Institute. So, I've contacted the CLEMAM people in Paris, who
instructed me to go for the original citations, which in your case should
definitely be the ICZN opinion 1185.

Don't hesitate to contact the CLEMAM guys. You'll find their contact email
address on their homepage. And they do respond to inquiries.
