Dear Conch-L,

We, the list owners, do reprimand members who break rules, no matter our
personal feelings. But we do not do so on the list. It is true that a
reprimand to a list member accidentally went to the list a few weeks
ago, but it is not our practice. I repeat, we do not reprimand on the
list. Nor should you be discussing this issue on the list. It is
flaming, it is divisive, and it is in itself off-topic.
