I can't find the book right now, but I believe I read in the BEST OF
THE NAUTILUS a wonderful story about Janthina. I believe it was about
1911. If I remember correctly (and I seldom do), they came ashore by
the tens of thousands at Key West. The writer harvested a great
number of them and had purple hands and clothing for sometime after
that. Would someone check that story out in the "Nautilus" book?
