It is possible that your ISP has it blocked as did mine
netvision.net.il    i.e. - the domain has been expoited by by hackers who send
trashy e-mail spam and is on the generic ISP block list (comming or going)

My ISP did remove the block at my request.

Hi, Everyone!
I tried to e-mail Moshe Okon yesterday, and the message came back.   Does
anyone have any information?    Jerusalem is not currently the safest place in
the world.
