Hi Stephen

I am no expert. The way I keep my file is this. If possible a picture
is nice. The most important infro is were and when collected. They other
infro such as identity and range and size can be added as you learn. I also
like to write interesting facts. This is ideal but mine has never reached
perfection yet, but I keep trying so try what works best for you as long as
you have the infro. I don't number my shells but I know many do. So I won't
comment on that.
                                               Hope this is helpful
