Hello Jim
I ran across what I beleive to be this same book in a Florida book store a
month ago, and I did not purchase it.

It is particularly novel, and small book.
I has a lot of engravings in it borrowed from other works.
I'm afraid I do not remebert he asking price exactly
but it was between $250.00 to 500.00 US.

Cheers,
Leslie

Hi,
I have come across an antiquarian book on Conchology for sale on an online
auction site and was wondering if anybody had found this particular title
useful? It's titled "The Conchologist's Textbook, Embracing the Arrangements of
Lamarck and Linnaeus, with Glossary of Technical Terms" by Captain Thomas Brown
and was published in 1837.

Thanks,
Jim Peacock
