I am pleased to announce that the 2003 convention has been posted on
COA's website, http:coa.acnatsci.org/conchnet/

This was done in record time.  Our webmaster, Jeff Schroeder, only
received the information last night and it was up and going when I
awoke at 4:45  AM.  Thank you, Jeff.

Just go to the Conchnet site and click on the conventions icon and you
will have all the information we have received.
