The suprageneric groupings for mollusks on the list of protected taxa are a bit unusual.  Perhaps they used the Treatise on Invertebrate Paleontology as a guide to bivalve orders; unfortunately, the Treatise misplaced Pinnidae in Mytiloida and recognized the polyphyletic Myoida.
