As to specifically molluscan aspects, the authors do discuss effects on pteropods in some detail.  They anticipate that increasing CO2 will limit the range of pteropods (due to ocean circulation patterns, some areas are more strongly affected than others by changing CO2), with cascading effects on species that dpend on them.  Reef corals and calcareous plankton (forams, coccolithophorids) are also discussed, but I'm not sure if they deal with benthic mollusks.
