Part 2  Darned size limits..

Most of the yellow shells I've seen and held have distinct axial growth
lines and the shells are thinner and jingley (an excellent morphological
character).....festiva is smoother, dull, and clunky (an equally good
character).....

So, I do find the yellow shell ID questionable, but festiva is perhaps
the best choice we have.... see Hidalgo, pl. 128.....there's a yellow
shell with a reddish lip.  But .....

Since helicostylines are generally restricted in distribution a reliable
locality would definitely help.
