Andy, you're right. Actually, I just bit the bullet and replied to
the message as instructed. I believe this one-time reply will stop
those messages.

Re your musing about mathematics and physics: there's quite a
difference between those "hard" sciences and taxonomy. It has been an
education for me ever since I discovered that hardly any two shell
books agree on much.
