In terms of range, I can tell you that in a sample of coral rubble grit from 70 foot depth off Boynton Beach, FL, C. litteratum juveniles or fragments were among the top five species encountered. And it was also ubiquitous at Tobacco Caye, an islet on the barrier reef of Belize.
