Not quite the lighter side but in good old New Orleans the city would pile
the levies high with sand bags , the next morning more then half were taken
away , ain't this sort of like borrowing concrete from the dam up-stream
from your property or like in California where recycling has been taken to
the point that guard rails along freeways are being ripped off and sold as
scrap, just hope it's the thief who flies off the freeway where the guard
rails missing......mark
