It should be noted that bringing live snails from one area to another is
a very bad idea. Introducing new live species to an area can create
havoc. For instance the apple snail has ruined a lot of rice crops.

Some time back people were saying Windows 98 has a Y2K problem. You can
go to Control Panel and then Date/Time. There you can temporarily set
the time to one minute to midnight on December 31, 1999 and watch the
calander, month, date and time change to 00:00:01 January 1, 2000. Can
give you more confidence. Remember to change time back to correct
before you send your next Email.

The thing to really worry about is the more significant change in Y10K
(after year 9999). I doubt that many computers will change to indicate 1
January, 1000. Do your worrying early. Especially Art.

Aloha,

Wes
