Hi again,
I just looked in a couple books.
Parkinson's "Tropical Landshells of the world" shows shells
with yellow whorls, and states that this happens during drought
conditions.
R.T.Abbott aslo has a yellow one in his "Compendium of Landshells"
and states it is from drying conditions or tampering.
