Hello, Fred!

You asked about refurbishment on Sanibel/Captiva. There is nothing going
on here at this time. The effects of the last refurbishment on Captiva two
years ago can still be seen after a good wind in the area around Blind
Pass, the separation between Sanibel and Captiva. This is evident in the
way the shells are broken in that area.

I will be in Oregon for a short period of time this month and will not
return until the 18th. However, my husband, Ken, will be here. If you
have any questions about shelling after you get here, I am sure that he
would be happy to talk to you. Incidently all of his grandparents were
born in Holland. Our telephone number is 472-2885. If you are calling
from outside the Sanibel or Ft. Myers area it is (941) 472-2885.

Good luck shelling!
