Eduardo,
  I have Millard's book and it might have errors but so does Vaughn's
book.  Millard, I believe in the introduction, asks for people to bring
errors to his attention.  Did those who mentioned them also send those
corrections to him?  Any such work that covers the whole of the molluscan
world and is written by one person will have errors.  We can see that the
second edition is better by bringing our suggestions to the author's
attention.
