Peter,
  There are going to be 6 presentations as part of the workshop.  It is my
hope, and that of the meeting organizer, Bob Prezant, that these
presentations will result in a publication for those who cannot attend the
meeting.  Whether this is a paper based or Web based publication is not
yet know.  It may actually be a combination of both.  I still have to find
out which course the presenters wish to follow.
  I will certainly post the availability of such a publication when it is
available and where it can be obtained.
