Since a lot of folks on the list collect fossils, i just thought i'd
pass along that eBay is turning into a hot-bed of fossil activity.
Prices are all over the map, as are the offerings, but so far it is
always poosible to find "bargains", often by using a bit of "lateral
thinking" (Sedimentary, my dear Watson!). One chap calls himself the
Paleoguy, and really knows his stuff. One of the major buyers calls him
or herself Burgesshale, and other imaginative monikers abound. So, if
you wish to buy fossils (or sell them - not too many Cenozoic things on
the roster yet, so her's your chance to "fill a niche"!), eBay is
looking good.
