A friend is asking about Ostrea in Morro Bay, CA.  Any info would be

question.  What is the taxonomic designation for the native oysters in
the vicinity of Morro Bay?  I thought it was Ostrea lurida, but someone
else said "Ostrea conchophila"; I have never heard of this species--
have the taxonomic designations for this species changed recently? This
is for a publication, so we would really like to get it right.
