An alternative to anyone who does not wish to have 30 list-messages a day for a while, is to send
the message Digest Conch-l   (just that in the body of the message) to the
MAILTO:[log in to unmask]  address.  This will produce one, or at the most, two compilations of
messages per day, which one can scroll through at any speed one likes, and whch take only a fraction
of the time to download, that the 30 take - great for folks going on vacation who do not wish to
come home to 500 messages after a few weeks, but who don't want to miss anything either!!
