As I understand it, as long as it's 7 pieces or less, you won't. You could
still be subject to the inspection fee of $55 and $20 for the paper work
(sound like a racket to me), but that would be all (as if that were not
enough). Some of the shells they nailed me on were shells I was trading for,
but to them it still makes no difference. And the value of the contents
doesn't matter either. You could get eight $5 shells and still have to pay
$50 for the license (obtained before the shells arrive) and at least a $55
inspection fee. Unless Congress changes the law that is what we could be in
for in the near future.

If anyone has any ideas, or knows something I don't, please share with us
