Dear Carol,
You may have an answer by now, but Hank Foglino started sending out a list of
Programs available and persons who would give programs when he was V.P. of COA
in 1989-90. I continued sending out program information (four letters per year
to all shell clubs) when I was V.P. of COA in 1990-91. Some of the programs were
available through the mail. Some programs included the speakers, for a fee,
transportation and lodging. Some of the persons who signed up and listed their
programs are no longer with us. I think this project faded out soon after I left
office. There is a list of all COA Convention programs, dates and presenters.
