Many thanks for the completion of the citation.  I think we have a mild
instance of intellectual overkill to which the Teutonic mind occasionally
seems to have unnatural affinity.  On behalf of a friend I intend to
solicit a photocopy of the Title page of volume one thro ILL.  Are you
interested in a copy?
