National Wild turkey Federation JAKES Field Day!
Event is open to all youth under the age of 17 and their families.
Date: Saturday, September 11, 2010
Location: UGA Warnell Forest Education Center in Effingham County
Schedule:
11:00 – 12:00 Registration
12:00 – 1:00 Cookout Lunch
1:00 – 5:30 Activities including:
· History of Wild Turkey Conservation in the US
· Turkey and other Wildlife Identification
· 3D Archery Range
· BB Gun Range
· Fishing Skills Casting Station
· Live Animal Displays
Cost: $10.00 which includes:
- Entrance to the JAKES Field Day
- Cookout Lunch
- 1-year Membership to the NWTF Jakes Program
- 4 issues of the JAKES Magazine
- an Official Membership Card
- a JAKES Decal
