Teachers,

We are still planning on having the Area I Jr. Natural Resources
tomorrow at Taylor Farms near Cartersville. We have looked at other
possible dates in case we need to postpone, but with other CDEs and
Area teachers meetings and trying to reschedule with Taylor Farms for
a date they are not booked and working around the schedules of the
Georgia Forestry Commission judging staff it will be very hard to do.
Most recent weather reports indicate a break in the rain tomorrow
afternoon so we are hoping we will have an hour to conduct the CDE.
Please have your students who are competing in a field activities to
consider rain gear. Unless it is pouring rain and lightning, then we
will go ahead and conduct the CDE even in light rain.

Please keep the buses off the grass areas. Just park in the road on
the blacktop. We will be ready to take students as they arrive. We
will be set up to take students at 4 pm if you want to arrive early.

If something changes, we will send out an email tomorrow.

Thanks,
Blane
