The easiest way to save such a picture is by taking a "screen shot" of
it. I can tell you how to do it on a Macintosh, and I assume there is
something comparable on a PC? Maybe someone can provide that
information. To take a screen shot of the entire monitor screen, hold
down shift and the apple key, then press 3. If your sound is turned on
you will hear a sound like a camera shutter. But whether you use sound
or not, whatever is on the monitor screen at that moment will be saved
as a picture file titled "Picture 1". The next one will be "Picture 2",
etc. To save just part of the screen as a picture file, hold down shift
and the apple key, and press 4. This converts your cursor to a cross.
With your mouse, use the cross to draw a box around what you want to
copy. When you release the mouse button, the picture will be taken,
labeled as above.
