The virus that infected people on Conch-L called readme.txt.pif and other readme
viruses are file infectors.  At http://housecall.antivirus.com is a site that is
free to individuals (not businesses or organizations) and it's scan can search
your hard drive and remove all traces of this virus easily, without going to
other extremes and hard-to-do removals.
