A. argo is commonly found during late Spring by professional surface
fishing boats in the Mediterranean sea, since it' pelagic life. In my
region, North Thyrrenian sea it is fairly common. I do not know if
pollution diminished it's presence, but maybe this depends on too short a
perio I obtained specimens ( 10 years).
