Aloha Ellen,
I went to Hawaii in 1989 for about 10 days. Oahu, Kauai, Big Island. Surf is
heavy in most areas. There were some good spots; others could probably
pinpoint them better than I can.
But for sheer natural beauty, you shouldn't miss Kauai.
