Hello from an amateur!
I am trying to locate anyone who might know a Dr. Wyman, who was once
curator of the Harvard University Museum. I am sorry to say that I do
not know his given name. I was told that he was 98 years old in 1998.
Dr. Wyman sold his shell collection to a geologist friend of mine, who
in turn sold a large part of it to me. Mostly Indo-pacific.
Unfortunately, most of the ID cards were missing, & so I began the huge
task of cataloging. A labor of love & frustration.
I would like to learn more about this collection, & Dr. Wyman if I can.
