I had three specimens of Euplica turturina said to come from Somalia.
However, I have not any control about the reliability of this data.
I personally collected the species in Southern Mozambique, but it is
probably a too far locality for your purposes.
I also wish to attract your attention on the following paper:

where at page 179 the species is cited for Mogadiscio (capital city) and
illustrated on plate V fig. 12
(despite there is a mistake in the plate explanation because fig 12 is
called pyrene testudinaria like fig 11 the species is easy to identify).
