Shells of a different nature have been pumped ashore several times in the last
year in Oceanside, CA. The shells required the expertise of government
demolition experts to defuse and render them harmless. The shells were
unexploded, lost as the result of navy and marine maneuvers off Camp Pendelton.
Be careful.
