Good for you Frank!  Well said!  As a dealer, I am more than happy to send
shells overseas via any method requested...the customer is always right.  If
they ask to have it sent Surface to save money, I send it surface.  "If" they
ask to have the parcel sent "Specimen shells for scientific study, no
commerical value"...I feel sure that they have their own reasons for
this...you know, in almost 19 years of business, I have NEVER had an overseas
customer request that I send the parcel described in other way...it is not my
decision...it is theirs!!!!!
