John,
Believe me, I fully realize the errors possible in any written work;
especially on shells. My books have plenty of ink notations as families
are realigned, genera moved from one family to another, the status of a
species dropped to a form and then revived back to a species, or
printing mistakes are discovered. So this is one more page that gets
written on. Actually, I had already changed the shell name to
penchinati, now I'll have to add a third name, strigatus. Thanks for
the update (do you remember the citation for this change?)
