Dear Jan;-
        From what I understand, a great many of Hugh Cuming's specimens were
turned over to and later described by the Sowerby boys. This especially
true of the Epitoniidae.
        I did an article on Hugh in Epinet--but I can't locate right now as my
wife is home and calling me for a late lunch.
