There has once again been a call for a site where Conchlers could post
images, instead of just giving long descriptions of shells, which are
not always completely useful - picture is often worth at least a
thousand words, when it comes to shells!!// Now, if someone else has
already made this offer (i only get messages once a day!), please just
stop reading now.  If not...  I made the offer once before, but it was
absolutely ignored - YET i do feel it is a good idea!!  So, if a general
consensus can be reached that it is indeed both useful and wanted, i
would be glad to create a site separate from my commercial site (and
advertising-free!!), where shell images could be posted by anyone - i'm
not quite sure how to make it an "automatic" site, like eBay, but the
expertise to do this certainly exists on the list. - what do you say - a
Conch-L Image Site would seem to me to be a Good Thing!
