I surely didn't mean to set off this much of a controversy.  I felt it was
very bad taste for the exchange between two of our list members to be
distributed to the whole list, and it began with an "infomercial" about a
planned shelling trip.  I certainly agree that mention of a new book or such
is not out of bounds.  Maybe I just didn't word my feelings properly, but, in
the end, I learned that there is, in fact, a list for commercial
communications, and I intend to check it out very soon.  And, I've gotten
private posts from two list members, so I've met two new people on a new
level, so that is a plus, too.
