Poppe keeps the family Nassariidae again, but in the
Checklist delle specie della fauna italiana a cura die A. Minelli, S. Ruffo, S La Posta
under Gastropoda, 1995, Genus Nassarius is under Fam. Buccinidae.
with best regards
Helmut

Can anyone tell me if the genus Hinia is now under the family Nassariidae?
I look in abbott's Compendium and it is in family Planaxidae but in European
Seashells - Poppo and Goto they have it in Nassariidae???
Which is correct?
