Hi Michael,

thanks for the information.
Abouit the stratigraphie.

The Egerien is in the last part of the Oligocaen and the first part of the
Miocaen. The Mariahalom location is a litle bit in the Oligocaene.

About Greece: In the literature there are nearly no informations on
stratigraphie. Most marine fossils from Greece are Messenianum. Please
write me the locations, if I get further informations, i will tell you.

Are you interested in some more exchange? I have got some more shells
from Hungary and Greece. They are from intersting locations.

A friend goes next to Florida for fossil collecting. Do you know some good
places?
About your fossil. On the labels you wrote for the locations only the
county. You have more informations for the locations?

regards

Wolfgang
