Hello All, As I just made the monster (Hal 4)  even more powerful the modern
day alchemist forgot to copy the address book before putting a wooden stake
through the heart of the old h-Drive, (so I'm not perfect) anyway , would
those who know me PLEASE send me a short (or lengthy) message so I can get
you in my addy book ....


Also , How was the COA,,,Lively I hope ..

For those who are tracking this , I have now dropped almost 100 LBS. in 9
weeks....I hate cottage cheese!!!!
