Dear Frank,

Um, yup, I can  smell the rainbow. You mean these scallops were altered in
order to have enhanced flavor and the manipulation resulted in enhanced
colors fortuitously?

Or do the enhanced colors fool the upscalers into thinking the flavor's
better? (My daughter preferred rainbow sprinkles to mere chocolate sprinkles
on her ice cream when she was 5. But she grew out of that. Now 10, she
prefers to eat just cheeseburgers & French Fries or macaroni & cheese).
