Mark;-
    I believe that Tom Watters, who monitors this list, from Ohio
State is probably the best authority on fresh water bivalves. If he
is not the best, he is at least in the top five. My own ranking is
7834 which means that I can tell a bivalve from a univalve and that's
about all.
