Melapium has been discussed already aerlier on Conch-L Net: see the Archives
of October 2001 4th week.
Kantor did excellent anatomical work on Melapium lineatum and errected the
new family Melapiidae (Ruthenica, 1: 17-52).
Vermeij has given a generic revision of the Pseudolividae (The Nautilus,
111: 53-84).
