What a coincidence. The other author of that great book, Bert Porreca,
visited the Shell Museum yesterday. The museum is usually closed on mondays,
but I was delighted to take Bert (who is 99 years old and very strong for
his age) to see the museum exhibits and collection. Bert lives in upstate
New York and, like he has been doing in the last 55+ years, is staying in SW
Florida for the Winter.
