Hi Linda,

I recently posted a similar question. I was interested in narrowing my
collection to a few species and wanted to sell the others - mostly smaller
lots. I live in Phoenix and don't have the advantage of dealers, either. It
seems that what you are doing (posting the notice on this site) is the best
way of selling the shells. The only other thing is to take them to a dealer.
Do you have photos available? Does the owner have a list of the shells with
data? And do they have an asking price? I am at least interested in knowing
more about the collection.
I'm sorry to hear that the circumstances are such that the owner is forced
to sell the collection.
