Haven't seen you for awhile, last time was at 3am at Guam TSA check-point
when I arrived from Manila. If you checked my postings from before the RP
requires Fish & Wildlife documentation of any natural or shell products that
originate from the Philippines. Commodity Export, Country of Origin, & Fish
& Wildlife Declaration. Also upon US entry a #3-177 declaration is required
by US Fish & Wildlife/Border Patrol. If you have more than 8 items of any
species your now commercial & subject under US law to pay $150 yearly
license & $55 inspection fee which they are now enforcing.
