The Italian mail system is notorious. Having dealt with them for a few
years now as the Australian agent for La Conchiglia, I know that ANY parcel
may take up to 5-6 months to arrive. This is even if you've PAID for it to
be sent by air mail. Patience is the only thing that will help you; usually
it turns up somewhere
