Folks, I see this occasionally happening on my other listservers.
My suspicions are that these are people with way too much time
on their hands who surf around looking for something that strikes
their fancy, subscribe to it, find it "boring", forget how to
unsubscribe, and then proceed to insult everyone on the list with
rude requests on how to unsubscribe.
 
The best thing you can do is reply to them off-list (so they don't
have the satisfaction of seeing the responses sent to all subscribers),
and then ignore them. They are not worth further time and bandwidth.
