We encounter similar problems here in Canada with such "remedies" as
bear gall-bladders etc.
 
Does the endangered species list have any clout? Is it already too
late at that point? While responsible countries fight poaching, if the
countries of the end users ignore the problem, then nothing can be
done. What are the guilty countries? Can anything be done? -- we
cannot lobby foreign powers, China continues to beat Tibetan nuns to
death while calling it "internal affairs" It is all very sickening.
Should we not boycott products from these nations that have no respect
for life?
